  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed next working day

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 days

  • Other locations: 5–9 days

  • Remote areas: 7–12 days

  • Courier delays

  • Operational issues in destination pin codes

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping above minimum order value (if applicable).

  • Standard shipping charges apply below that value.

4. Tracking Details

Once the order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking link from courier partner

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partner will make 2–3 attempts to deliver.
If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.

6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery failure if:

  • Wrong address is provided

  • Incomplete address is provided

  • Customer is unreachable

Reshipping charges will apply in such cases.

7. International Shipping

Currently unavailable. Only domestic shipping within India.
