1. No Return on Opened/Used Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

The product is opened

The seal is broken

The product is used

The product is damaged due to misuse
This rule ensures product safety and hygiene for all customers.
2. Return Accepted Only If:
We accept returns only in the following situations:

You received a wrong product

The product arrived damaged

The product has manufacturing defects

The parcel was tampered before delivery
In such cases:

Raise a complaint within 24–48 hours of delivery

Provide unboxing video + photos for verification

Replacement will be provided after review
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided:

Only if replacement cannot be arranged

Only for prepaid orders

Within 7–10 business days after approval
4. No Refund For

Late reporting (after 48 hours)

Claims without unboxing video

Damage due to improper storage (heat, moisture, etc.)

Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with fragrance/texture
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

COD orders may be cancelled at our discretion for misuse or fake orders
