Refund & Return Policy

We value the trust you place in us. To maintain hygiene standards and product safety, our return policy is as follows:

1. No Return on Opened/Used Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is opened

  • The seal is broken

  • The product is used

  • The product is damaged due to misuse

This rule ensures product safety and hygiene for all customers.

2. Return Accepted Only If:

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product has manufacturing defects

  • The parcel was tampered before delivery

In such cases:

  • Raise a complaint within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Provide unboxing video + photos for verification

  • Replacement will be provided after review

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided:

  • Only if replacement cannot be arranged

  • Only for prepaid orders

  • Within 7–10 business days after approval

4. No Refund For

  • Late reporting (after 48 hours)

  • Claims without unboxing video

  • Damage due to improper storage (heat, moisture, etc.)

  • Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with fragrance/texture

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • COD orders may be cancelled at our discretion for misuse or fake orders
